Head Coach: Ashton Griffen
I grew up in Duvall, Washington and graduated from Cedarcrest High School. I just recently graduated from Western Washington University with a teaching degree in K-12 Health and Fitness. I will be completing my student teaching at LWHS this coming fall. I played soccer at WWU and could not have had a better college athletic experience. Western's best season in history was this past season, my senior year. We finished with an overall record of 20-2-1 and went on to play in the Final Four of the NCAA National Tournament. We finished the season third in the nation. I have played soccer since I was five years old and I am so passionate about the game, as well as what it can teach you.
My goal for this coming season is to bring new energy and passion to the team. I want to be a mentor, coach and role model for the players.

I grew up in Bellevue, Washington and graduated from Issaquah High School. Like Ashton, I also played college soccer for the Western Washington Vikings as their center forward and graduated with a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience and a minor in Chemistry. I finished my soccer career tied for eighth among school leaders in goals with 28, eighth in assists with 17 and tied for eighth in points with 73. I was also named second-team National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-American and honorable mention Daktronics All-American as a senior in 2013. I am more than excited to get this season started and show exactly what the Mustangs are made of!
